Southlands Koi Pond

Our client fell in love with this property for the existing koi-pond that wrapped over half the house. It was the only element retained through this 8 month renovation which features architectural concrete walls, plinths and paving, a new outdoor kitchen and extensive metalwork to modernize the existing waterfeature.
